1. Order Processing

All orders placed on TTMONSTER are processed within 48 business hours of purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. TTMONSTER is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

2. Shipping Carrier

TTMONSTER ships exclusively through FedEx. By partnering with FedEx, we ensure reliable, trackable, and insured delivery of every order. Once dispatched, all shipping timelines and logistics are managed by FedEx.

TTMONSTER is not liable for delays caused by FedEx operations, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors outside of our direct control. For any shipping-related issues after dispatch, customers are encouraged to contact FedEx directly using the tracking number provided.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders with a subtotal of $500.00 USD or more qualify for free shipping, automatically applied at checkout. Orders below $500.00 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at the time of purchase.

Free shipping applies to standard FedEx service and may not be combined with other promotional shipping discounts unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch from our facilities, estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and the FedEx service selected. While TTMONSTER commits to processing and handing over orders within 48 business hours, final delivery times are subject to FedEx’s standard service windows and any external circumstances beyond our control.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting an expedited FedEx service at checkout. TTMONSTER does not guarantee specific delivery dates but will always strive to dispatch orders as promptly as possible.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time directly on the FedEx website at fedex.com or via the FedEx mobile app.

If you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

6. International Shipping

TTMONSTER ships internationally to select destinations via FedEx International services. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country’s authorities. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected separately by customs or the carrier upon delivery.

TTMONSTER is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or regulatory holds. Please verify your local import regulations before placing an order.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will open a claim with FedEx on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

TTMONSTER is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by FedEx that the customer claims not to have received. In such cases, we recommend filing a report with FedEx and your local authorities.
