Return & Refund Policy
At TT Monster, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your table tennis gear. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility and Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please carefully review the specific requirements for each product category below:
1. Blades (Rackets)

Blades must be returned in their original box.

The blade cannot show any signs of use, scratches, dents, or modifications.

Crucial: We cannot accept returns of blades that have glue residue or have been sealed/varnished by the customer. Once a blade has been glued or treated, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
2. Rubbers

Rubbers must be unopened, with the original plastic seal intact.

Once the package is opened or the rubber has been cut/glued to a blade, it cannot be returned.
3. Shoes, Clothing, and Accessories

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors.

All original manufacturer tags must be attached.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box (please do not use the shoe box itself as the shipping container; place it inside another box).
Return Shipping Costs
We strive to make your experience risk-free.

Compliant Returns: If your return meets all the conditions listed above (original condition, within 30 days), TT Monster will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Compliant Returns: If items are returned and found to be used, damaged, or missing original packaging, we reserve the right to either refuse the return or deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us because the customer refused delivery, or due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout:

The cost of the return shipping charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund amount.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible, the process is:

Initiate a return for the unwanted item.

Once accepted, we will process your refund.

You can place a new order for the correct item at any time on our website.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank’s processing time).
How to Initiate a Return
Do not send items back without contacting us first. To start a return process, please follow these steps:
