1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by TTMONSTER (“Seller”, “we”, “us”) through the website https://ttmonster.com/ (“Website”) to any individual or entity (“Customer”, “you”) located worldwide.

2. PRICES AND CURRENCY

All prices displayed on the Website are in US Dollars (USD).

  • Currency Conversion: If your payment method is issued in a different currency, the final price charged will depend on the exchange rate applied by your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

  • Taxes: Prices displayed do not include import duties, local taxes (VAT/GST), or customs clearance fees applicable in the destination country.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

Products are shipped from our facilities in Paraguay.

3.1. Customs Duties and Taxes (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid): The Customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”).

  • Responsibility: The Customer is solely responsible for paying any Import Fees or customs charges. TTMONSTER has no control over these charges.

  • Refusal to Pay: If the Customer refuses to pay the customs duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the original shipping cost AND the return shipping cost from any applicable refund.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

  • Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

Important regarding Crypto: Payments made in cryptocurrencies are final. Refunds for orders paid in crypto will be calculated in USD value at the time of the original transaction, not the crypto amount, unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

6. WARRANTY (FACTORY DEFECTS)

We guarantee our products against clear manufacturing defects strictly.

  • Scope: This warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of manufacture. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Process: To claim a warranty, the Customer must provide clear evidence (photos/videos) of the factory defect. The assessment and resolution process follows the same guidelines and timelines (30 days) set forth in our Refund and Returns Policy: https://ttmonster.com/refund_returns/.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTMONSTER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or the website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the product.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ciudad Del Este, Paraguay.
