1. Are the products authentic?

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic. They are acquired directly from authorized distributors or directly from the brands themselves.

2. Can I choose the weight of my blade?

The average weight of each blade is listed on the product page. Please note that this is an average, so variations may occur.

If your blade costs over $250 USD, you may contact us directly at support@ttmonster.com to request the specific weights of the blades currently in stock.

3. Do out-of-stock items have a return date?

No. Since stock replenishment depends entirely on supplier and manufacturer availability, we cannot predict exactly when an out-of-stock item will be available again.

4. Do you offer racket assembly services?

Yes, assembly is free of charge! If you purchase at least one blade and one rubber, you can request assembly during the checkout process.

There will be a field available for you to specify your color preferences for each side or, in the case of Chinese Penholder blades, the gap spacing between the handle and the rubber.

5. What are the shipping times?

Shipping and delivery times are available on our Shipping Policy page and vary according to your country of residence.

6. How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be available in the “My Account” menu under “Orders”. You will find all your order history and tracking numbers there once they become available.

7. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Your order is covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee after receipt, provided the following rules are strictly followed:

  • Blades: Must be returned in their original box with no scratches or any signs of use (e.g., glue marks).

  • Rubbers: Must be returned in their original, sealed packaging with no signs of use.

  • Shoes & Clothing: Must be returned in their original packaging, with manufacturer tags attached, and without any signs of washing or wear.

Return shipping costs are covered by us provided all the above rules are met. Otherwise, the cost will be charged to the customer.

If you refuse delivery or the package returns due to an address error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

8. Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

It depends on your location. Customs fees may apply. While we do our best to prevent this, we are not responsible for any costs incurred within the customer’s customs territory.

9. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, creating an account is required as all your order details and shipping addresses are stored securely in your account profile.

10. I made a mistake with my order. Can I cancel or exchange products?

Yes, you can cancel by contacting us at support@ttmonster.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel and refund it.

Please note that direct exchanges are not possible. The only way to “exchange” an item is to cancel the order, receive a refund, and place a new order on the website.

11. I want to make a high-value purchase. Can I get a discount?

Before making a large purchase, please contact us at support@ttmonster.com and list the items you wish to buy. We will be happy to provide you with a special discount coupon.
